1. Introduction

Welcome to Xpress Supplies. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from our B2B e-commerce platform. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Business Accounts & Tax Exemption

To access wholesale pricing or tax-exempt status, you must register for a Business Account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Tax Exemption: Users claiming tax exemption must submit a valid State Resale Certificate. Until verified, tax will be charged on all orders.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment Terms & Net 30

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment.

Net 30 Terms: Extended payment terms are available for qualified institutions (schools, government) and businesses subject to credit approval. Late payments on Net 30 accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Xpress Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST the same business day. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

5. Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns of unopened cases within 30 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details on initiating a return authorization (RMA).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Xpress Supplies, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
